ai infrastructure. owned, not rented.
RECAST is a one-operator infrastructure lab. It builds the AI systems a business outgrew — the ones a team would build for itself if it had the time and the engineer.

The work that started this is called OpenClaw — an AI operating layer built to run an entire business from one orchestration engine instead of a drawer full of disconnected tools. It worked well enough that operators started asking to buy it. RECAST is that engine, productized.
we don't sell you our time by the hour. we sell you the system, and then we leave you the keys.
not a one-man agency — one operator running a fleet of named roles.
Each engagement deploys agents that do the work of a department — sales, ops, finance, content — coordinated like a team, without the headcount. 4 live, 7 provisioning.
Sales
Top-of-funnel outreach, qualification, calendar booking.
CTO
Technical orchestration, model swaps, integration health.
CFO
Finance ops, invoices, payment reminders, finance summaries.
Creative Director
Brand voice consistency, content briefs, creative review.
Support
Live customer support across chat, email, and helpdesk — on brand, on hours.
Scheduler
Calendar, bookings, reschedules, and reminders, wired to your stack.
Research
Market, competitor, and prospect research compiled on demand.
Data
Reporting, dashboards, and anomaly alerts from your own numbers.
Outreach
Outbound email and DM sequences at scale, scored and routed.
Recruiter
Sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach end to end.
Ops
Cross-tool workflows and back-office automation that just run.

Who Zuheir is
A young systems architect who builds, not advises. Zuheir Daher is the founder and the engineer — he designs the architecture, picks the models, writes the orchestration, and operates the system through handoff. He runs RECAST out of Dubai under ZD Group LLC, Wyoming.
He is not a consultant with a slide deck and a roadmap. There is no "strategy phase" that ends in a PDF and a goodbye. Every engagement ends in a system that runs in production — scoped in a 30-minute call, shipped in 14 to 21 working days, and handed over with the repo, the prompts, and a walkthrough so your team can run it without him.
The shorthand for what he is: the output of a small engineering team, without the headcount, the equity dilution, or the six-month onboarding curve.
Why RECAST exists
It started with a question Zuheir couldn't put down: why do businesses still pay humans to do work a machine now does better — and faster, and at 3 a.m., and without churning?
Not the work that needs a human. The other work. The qualifying, the routing, the reconciling, the drafting, the chasing, the copy-pasting between six tools that don't talk to each other. The work that quietly eats a founder's week and the reason they keep hiring against it.
So he built the answer instead of writing about it. OpenClaw — an AI operating layer that runs an entire business from one orchestration engine. It worked. Then operators saw it working and asked to buy it. RECAST is OpenClaw turned into a lab: same engine, made repeatable, and a system the client keeps. Not a SaaS login. Not a retainer. A thing you own.
What we actually build
The phrase "AI agency" has been diluted by people running a Make.com workflow and calling it transformation. RECAST sits one layer below that — in the layer where the engineering decisions get made.
We pick the models. We architect the orchestration. We own the integrations. We deliver a system your own team can run. That's closer to a hired-in CTO function than an agency retainer.
What we don't build is also the point: no media buying, no strategy decks detached from a build, no one-off creative, no open-ended retainers, no hourly billing. We build systems, not artifacts, and the engagement has an end.
How we work, in one breath
A 30-minute discovery call scopes what you're solving — no commitment. A deposit clears and a written scope lands within 48 hours. The build runs 14 working days for Claw Pro, 21 for Elite, with daily progress in your channel and no black boxes.
At handoff you get the running system, a custom walkthrough for your team, the runbook, and the architecture diagram. Then it's yours — take it in-house, or keep us on maintenance. Your call, not ours.
the layer below the agencies.
Most “AI agencies” ship a Make.com flow. RECAST works one layer down — where the engineering decisions get made and a system gets owned.
model layer
Claude, GPT, and open models routed per task — picked for the job, swapped when a better one ships.
orchestration engine
The conductor that holds context, routes work between agents, and keeps state across tools.
owned integrations
CRM, telephony, Stripe, Shopify, calendars, helpdesk — wired with verified webhooks, not duct tape.
the handoff

Real engagements, real operators. Every one ended in a running system the client now owns.
Haroon Kamal
An AI voice desk that qualifies and books before a human picks up. $800 deal closed in the first week.
Bryant Ward
Eight agents running ads, content, sales and onboarding like coordinated departments — instead of one founder holding every context in his head.
Joshua Ajayi
One command layer coordinating five ventures from a single AI surface.
Ramon Gloor
One operating layer across every Shopify brand — shared memory, one factory spinning up each new store.

03 / engineered to swap, not lock in
You own the platform. You rent the model.
Today's frontier model is next month's commodity. RECAST systems are built so a model can be unplugged and replaced without rewriting the pipeline. A better model ships? It's a config change, not a rebuild — and the signal never stops flowing.
The model seated in the socket. A better one ships? It's a config change, not a rebuild.
The pipeline, the integrations, the memory — the platform layer you own outright.

04 / how we operate
Five rules we build to. Hold us to them on the discovery call.
Under one hood
One engine, not a dozen subscriptions duct-taped together. When the backend lives under one hood, it survives vendor changes, model swaps, and your vacation.
Engineered to swap, not lock in
Today's frontier model is next week's commodity. Every model unplugs and replaces without rewriting the pipeline — we swap it the week a better one ships.
Specific to the client, not the market
We build the system your business needs, scoped from one conversation and fitted to how your team already works. That is why there is no catalog of templates.
Owned, not rented
It ships on a server in your name — the repo, the prompts, the integrations, the runbook. On day 30 you rotate the root password and we're locked out. Keep us on, or don't.
Receipts over rhetoric
Every claim has a number, a name, or a client behind it. We tell you the numbers. We don't tell you the numbers are impressive.
