Where operations become architecture
Zuheir Daher is the Founder and CEO of RECAST. An Industrial Engineer specialized in systems engineering, he has spent a decade in technology and years working directly with AI. His work sits at the point where business operations become technical architecture: understanding how a company really functions, identifying where leverage is trapped and turning that into a system people can use.
Access became common. Implementation remained scarce.
RECAST began with a practical observation: the models were improving faster than most businesses could reorganize around them.
The studio exists to close that gap. We study the operation, build the operating layer, prove it against real work and transfer a documented asset the team can operate and improve.
