This notice explains what personal data RECAST receives through the website and audit-booking journey, why it is used, which service providers may process it and what choices are available.
This information is being finalized with qualified counsel for RECAST’s operating entity and production data stack. It does not replace the signed terms of an engagement.
Who is responsible
The final notice will identify RECAST’s contracting entity, registered contact details and the appropriate privacy contact before production launch.
Data we receive
Depending on how you use the site, this may include contact and company details you submit, audit-booking information, consent records, limited device and usage data, and correspondence with RECAST. Do not send system credentials or sensitive operational data through the booking form.
Why we use it
Data is used to provide the website, respond to requests, schedule and prepare audits, maintain security, remember valid preferences and—only where permitted—understand performance or measure campaigns.
Service providers and transfers
Approved hosting, scheduling, analytics, advertising and communication providers may process limited data for their defined purpose. The final policy will name production vendors and applicable international-transfer safeguards.
Retention
RECAST keeps personal data only for as long as the stated purpose, legal obligation, security need or legitimate business record requires. Final periods will be documented against the production systems rather than retained indefinitely by default.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing.
Calendly and booking data
The booking calendar is provided through Calendly. It loads only after the functional-service choice, while an external booking link remains available. Information submitted in Calendly is also governed by Calendly’s own privacy information.
Analytics and advertising
Optional measurement or advertising services remain blocked until the relevant consent where required. Preferences can be changed at any time through the footer.
