At Gruszkos Consulting, valuable context arrived as calls, files, voice notes, video and research in two languages. Turning that source material into client work still made Tristan the bridge between every format and every specialist task.

The company
Tristan Gruszkos runs Gruszkos Consulting. Its useful raw material is naturally untidy: calls, Drive folders, YouTube and other video sources, German and English notes, reference libraries and consulting frameworks. That material can inform an offer, a research brief, a client deliverable or a piece of content, but only after somebody finds it, understands it and places it into the current assignment.
The interaction model also had to suit a consultant in motion. Voice notes, links, watchlists and quick research requests are legitimate operating inputs, not edge cases that should be translated manually into perfect prompts.
The constraint
Knowledge existed, but retrieval and conversion were founder-dependent. Long-form sources carried leverage while remaining trapped in their original formats. Every new task risked another manual pass through the same archive, and a generic chat had no durable understanding of which source, language, framework or client context mattered.

Why existing tools were not enough
Storage could hold the files and chat could respond to a prompt, but neither supplied the missing operating discipline. A dependable system had to transcribe voice and media, index knowledge, preserve bilingual behavior, separate general research from deeper corpus work and route each request to the correct specialist.
It also needed to fail honestly. Early runtime behavior showed that an agent could reach for unavailable local development tools. RECAST replaced that ambiguity with explicit OpenClaw-safe wrappers for Discord history, media transcription, Apify, Kie.ai and gbrain.

The technical point is not the length of that list. It is that each capability sits behind an explicit lane and wrapper, so the system retrieves and acts through known paths rather than inventing tools at runtime.
