The opportunity

What you will own.

Own the thinking behind creative campaigns. Connect the offer, customer objections, market context and available evidence to clear concepts, hooks and briefs, then use results to improve the next round.

Relevant experience

Typically 3+ years in creative strategy, advertising or performance creative, with direct involvement in campaigns that reached real audiences.

Your responsibilities.

  • Research customer language, buying motivations, objections and competing messages before developing creative angles.
  • Build campaign concepts, hooks, scripts and briefs with a clear audience, objective and reason to believe.
  • Work with the Creative Director, designers, editors and copywriters to preserve the strategy through production.
  • Review available campaign results and qualitative feedback, separating useful signals from unsupported conclusions.
  • Maintain a useful record of tested angles, creative learnings and the next hypotheses to explore.

What you bring.

  • Examples of strategies you developed and the finished creative they produced, with your contribution clearly identified.
  • Strong writing and research skills, including the ability to make complex products understandable without flattening their value.
  • Comfort interpreting campaign metrics in context, including the limits of attribution and small samples.
  • The ability to explain a creative decision and revise it when evidence contradicts the original assumption.

What strong work looks like.

  • Within your first 90 days, produce briefs that give the production team a clear audience, message and execution direction.
  • Create a practical learning process that connects creative decisions to observed results.
  • Build a pipeline of differentiated ideas grounded in the offer and customer reality.

Show us your work.

  • Share existing briefs, concept decks or campaign breakdowns, with confidential information removed where needed.
  • Show one example of how customer insight shaped an idea and another of how results changed your next creative decision.
Use existing work you are allowed to share. Anonymise confidential client details and explain your own contribution.
