Relevant experience
Typically 2+ years in project coordination, production support or delivery operations, with experience supporting active client or internal projects.
Your responsibilities.
- Turn agreed project plans into clear tasks, checklists and handover notes with the relevant department leads.
- Track progress, dependencies and missing inputs, following up with the responsible people before work stalls.
- Organise briefs, files, feedback and approvals so teams can find the current version and understand its status.
- Support practical delivery checks against the agreed brief, escalating questions that require specialist judgment.
- Prepare concise progress updates and coordinate the administrative details of moving work between departments and to the client.
What you bring.
- Experience coordinating several moving pieces and maintaining accurate project information without constant supervision.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail and a practical approach to following up on incomplete work.
- Comfort with project management tools, shared documents and structured file organisation.
- The judgment to distinguish an administrative gap from a scope, quality or technical decision that belongs to a lead.

- Within your first 90 days, maintain an accurate view of assigned work and make upcoming dependencies visible.
- Provide handovers that contain the files, context and decisions the next person needs.
- Reduce avoidable confusion through clear follow-up, organised records and timely escalation.
