What you will own.

Translate strategy and copy into visual work that communicates quickly and holds up under close inspection. Bring strong typography, composition and judgment to the everyday assets a brand publishes.

Relevant experience

Typically 3+ years of professional design work, with a portfolio of published social, brand and advertising assets.

Your responsibilities.

  • Design images, Instagram stories and carousels, campaign graphics and ad stills from approved briefs.
  • Develop compositions with a clear hierarchy, thoughtful typography and a strong relationship between copy and image.
  • Adapt concepts across sizes and placements while preserving legibility, brand character and the intended message.
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters and editors so static assets and video creative support the same direction.
  • Maintain organised source files, reusable components and accurate exports, checking details before handover.

What you bring.

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, colour and image selection across more than one brand.
  • Fluency in professional design tools and the ability to prepare editable source files for shared production.
  • Experience designing both brand communications and advertising creative, with clear reasoning behind each approach.
  • The ability to respond to feedback, explain visual choices and spot errors in copy placement or final exports.

What strong work looks like.

  • Within your first 90 days, deliver polished assets that meet the brief and remain consistent across formats.
  • Build reusable design approaches that improve production without making different brands look interchangeable.
  • Provide clear, organised files that other members of the creative team can work with.

Show us your work.

  • Send a curated portfolio with published assets, identifying which parts you designed yourself.
  • Include an existing carousel or campaign system that shows how an idea holds together across several assets and formats.
