Leadership needed to see how priorities, workstreams, reporting and decisions could come together as an operating system.
The work
RECAST built a separate executive Mission Control experience with leadership views, review states and workflow sections. The interface gives stakeholders a tangible surface to evaluate and refine.
The result
The delivered value is a concrete executive interface for review and alignment. Connector concepts and operating-view cards are not evidence of fully connected production automation.
