A broad range of business tasks needed routing and memory so every request did not become another isolated chat.
The work
RECAST built a departmental Discord workspace, then added business-specific acquisition and management roles, Notion helpers, document tools and persistent knowledge. Reliability work improved channel routing and long-running sessions.
The result
The May 30 check recorded 12 agents and 33 bindings. The delivered structure separates task categories and retains context; business-specific depth can expand with the client’s material.
