Ads, webinars, sales and onboarding each needed their own logic while sharing client context across existing tools.
The work
RECAST built Agent Jeff and seven specialist roles for acquisition, content, webinars, sales, onboarding and creative workflows. The hosted command center brings the work into view, with approval gates around consequential actions.
The result
The May 30 technical check recorded eight specialist agents, 35 bindings and 29 active sessions across the deployment. The team has a structured operating layer for department-specific work, shared context and human oversight.
