The challenge
Made-to-order fulfillment meant a support answer could require checking an order, a production sheet and the customer’s current stage.
The work
RECAST built Atlas around daily briefs, support review, order lookup and approval-gated actions. The workflow connects relevant commerce information to prepared responses and owner decisions.
The result
The source records supervised support and read paths, including order lookup and saved advertising exports. Broader real-channel validation and several provider lanes remained gated; unrestricted automation is not claimed.
