The work
RECAST built Flotte Lotte around office operations, company knowledge and controlled task execution, alongside a custom CRM implementation track. The work connects document context, project follow-up and management views.
The result
The case describes a practical operating layer and an early-access CRM cockpit for reports, roles, project context and migration planning. The AI CRM package separately defines the integration and acceptance work still to be completed.
