Clients largely received static financial reports, while the accounting system itself was difficult to use as a client-facing review surface.

RECAST built a branded portal with tenant separation, live QuickBooks read paths, financial views, period selection and a CFO-style question layer. QuickBooks remains the accounting source of truth.
The result
A live, read-only dashboard foundation with protected APIs and verified QuickBooks data. Clients can work with financial views and period selection while QuickBooks remains the source of truth.
