The challenge
Content, affiliates, paid media and client delivery depended heavily on manual triage, scattered knowledge and the founder’s attention.
The work
RECAST built eight Slack-routed agents, a structured knowledge base, document ingestion, draft-first meeting-to-task extraction, affiliate qualification and working deck and forecast generation paths.
The result
A July 2 live audit recorded the system built and live, with routing, posting and core knowledge paths verified. Remaining work concerned deeper client documents, brand material and specific platform access, rather than a blanket lack of keys.
